The Charbaut family holds years of tradition, heritage and experience in crafting bottle fermented sparkling wines in the Old World. Chabivin was born when Hendrik Snyman, under the tutelage of the Charbaut family, set forth to make these sparkling wines under African skies, in the traditional method known in South Africa as Méthode Cap Classique. Our very first MCC packaging design.
