"SOMETHING FOREIGN" - fermented apple juice This apple bubbly testifies to one particular thing: patience. The apples were pressed in May 2009, fermented in old Burgundy barrels and aged for a year before the second fermentation. Degorgement was done on May 10, 2016 after aging seven years on the lees. Die appels is in Mei 2009 versap en in ou Boergondiese vate gegis en vir ‘n jaar
verouder voor die tweede gisting. Dégorgement is op 10 Mei 2016 gedoen, na
sewe jaar van “sur lie” veroudering. Geniet hierdie edele en unieke produk.
